Payment

Course fees, including any additional transfer charges, are due in full prior to the course taking place.

 

Open courses: Cancellation or transfer

All cancellations and/or transfers for courses must be requested in writing to info@digitalmarketingacademy.co.za and we recommend you receive acknowledgement from us in return. You may substitute a delegate/attendee with another with no charge but please contact us in advance of your course if you wish to do this.

Cancellation of Courses and Changes to Content

Digital Marketing Academy’s courses are constantly updated and improved and we reserve the right to alter any of the courses’ content without prior notice. Digital marketing Academy will make every effort to provide the services as specified, but, if for any reason beyond its control it fails to do so, neither Digital Marketing Academy nor its directors or employees shall be liable for any resulting loss or damage. In such circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a credit note.

 

Authorisation

By submitting a booking to us, by whatever means, you are acknowledging that you have received authorisation for this expenditure from the relevant person at your institution, therefore we reserve the right to pursue payment for your booking 7 days after it was taken.

 

Legal interpretation

The materials, training and courses provided by Digital Marketing Academy cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Digital Marketing Academy nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes.

 

Discounts

Any discounts on Digital marketing Academy courses are exclusive – they cannot be combined. The higher discount will always be applied. Where discounts are offered these must be requested at time of booking, and will not automatically be applied.
