Digital Marketing Academy Terms and Conditions
Invoice and Payment
Digital Marketing Academy will issue you with a tax invoice for all group or public classes as well as for our webinars and web-based classes. Before we can issue an invoice, we require you to register and make payment via our ecommerce or EFT facilities, with proof of payment (POP) emailed to [email protected]. In order to secure a place in the class, we need payment to be made in full at least 3 working days prior to course start date.
If you have confirmed and agreed to any training work or project, and you wish to cancel or postpone this work or project, please note that payment will be required according to the following:
- Cancellation or postponement less than 10 working days before due date - 100% payment of the programme quoted fee will be due.
- Cancellation or postponement between 10 to 20 working days before due date - 50% payment of the programme quoted fee will be due.
- Cancellation or postponement more than 20 working days before due date - 0% payment of the programme quoted fee will be due.
The Digital Marketing Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule group or public training events, or webinars, depending on attendance numgbers. The Digital Marketing Academy reserves the right to change the content of the products and services, particularly to reflect advancements of the methodologies, without notice. The Digital Marketing Academy will use all reasonable endeavors to give as much advance notice of any alteration as possible.
Attendees of The Digital Marketing Academy courses will receive course materials from The Digital Marketing Academy (the "training materials"). The training material is solely for the personal and non-commercial use of each attendee of a Digital Marketing Academy course, which may not be used to provide any form of training or instruction to another person besides the attendee of the Digital Marketing Academy taught course in question. The Digital Marketing Academy is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to the training material, as well as the course curriculum, materials, and related documentation (collectively, "curriculum").
Company, clients and its employees agrees that they shall not, and shall not permit others to; (a) rewrite, reproduce, or distribute in any form or by any means any part of the training materials or curriculum; (b) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the training material or Curriculum; or (c) use any portion of the Training Material or Curriculum to provide any training or instruction to any person or to develop any other curriculum or training material.
The Digital Marketing Academy will only issue an attendance certificate or 100% class attendance.
An Administrative fee of R750 will be charged per student if transferred to another date after training has commenced. Payable before the next training date.
