Trainer for Oracle PL/SQL Fundamentals and Advanced (Oracle 19c)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive Oracle PL/SQL (19c) training covering both fundamentals and advanced topics.
• Customise training materials to align with the experience level of the participants.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world examples to enhance learning.
• Facilitate interactive discussions, encouraging participant engagement.
• Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with Oracle 19c advancements to ensure course content remains relevant.
• Work closely with onsite teams to coordinate training logistics and ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working with Oracle databases, specifically Oracle 19c.
• Deep expertise in PL/SQL programming, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Proven experience in delivering training on Oracle PL/SQL and related topics.
• Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional – OCP) or equivalent expertise in Oracle 19c is highly desirable.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in database administration (DBA) or consulting related to Oracle database solutions.
• Experience delivering training for corporate clients or governmental agencies.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to adapt training content based on participant knowledge and industry requirements.
• Proficiency in structuring training sessions to balance theory with hands-on practice.

• Cultural sensitivity and experience delivering training to diverse audiences.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Oracle PL/SQL development, particularly Oracle 19c.
• Minimum 2 years of professional training or teaching experience in Oracle databases or PL/SQL development.
• Prior experience delivering Oracle 19c training to professionals is highly advantageous.
