About Dylan Kohlstädt

Dylan Kohlstädt has over 20 years marketing management experience in gaming, insurance, financial and property industries and can be considered a subject matter expert on all things digital.

She has extensive local and international experience (South Africa, UK and Australia), and has managed global and national brands in multiple languages and countries.

Dylan founded Shift ONE digital in 2011 and the DMA in 2013 and is passionate about teaching what she spends her every waking minute doing - helping companies grow their businesses.

Dylan has her IMM (3 years) Marketing Diploma as well as an MBA through Unisa.

She is married and the mother of two young girls and knows the challenges of being a mompreneur. She enjoys surfing and reading as well as playing guitar and painting in her spare time, of which there is very little these days.

Dylan lives in Germany with her family and runs Shift ONE digital and the Digital MArketing Academy from her offices in Hannover.

A social media marketing specialist and a people’s person by nature, Irma Karsten has over 20 years of work experience behind her.

Irma believes that  “if you are not having fun while you are doing it, then you are doing it wrong” and this coupled with her years of experience across multiple industries and roles makes her a well-rounded and sought-after trainer and facilitator.

Irma trains for some of the biggest brands in the world, for large corporates and enterprises located around the globs, she is a passionate, knowledgeable expert who passes on her enthusiasm and excitement for her topic to her students.

Irma has deep industry knowledge and case studies on each topic in digital marketing and is up-to-date with the latest platform changes for each topic she trains on.
