About the dma
Dylan Kohlstädt founded Shift ONE, a creative integrated digital marketing agency with nearly 20 full time staff members, in 2011.
In 2013, Dylan identified the need to upskill entrepreneurs and Marketing Managers in critically needed digital marketing skills, to future-proof their careers, and to empower them with the abilities to do the work themselves, or manage it better.
Her focus is on face-to-face training because, as she says, digital marketing is a rabbit hole that that quickly become confusing, and online training isn't the best communication method for this topic.
Using the knowledge gleaned from working in an agency that daily helps businesses grow, Dylan has crafted each course and packed it full of tips, tricks, short cuts and insights so that you don't have to go through the learning curve of others.
Dylan presents most of the courses herself, and believes that people only remember content that is engaging and interactive, just like her training sessions.

About Dylan Kohlstädt
Dylan Kohlstädt has over 20 years marketing management experience in gaming, insurance, financial and property industries and can be considered a subject matter expert on all things digital.
She has extensive local and international experience (South Africa, UK and Australia), and has managed global and national brands in multiple languages and countries.
Dylan has her IMM (3 years) Marketing Diploma as well as an MBA through Unisa.
She is married and the mother of two young girls and knows the challenges of being a mompreneur. She enjoys surfing and reading as well as playing guitar and painting in her spare time, of which there is very little these days.
About Irma Karsten
A social media marketing specialist and a people’s person by nature, Irma Karsten has over 20 years of work experience behind her.
Irma is passionate about training individuals and facilitating courses – from entry level right through to advanced level – on all platforms and across all industries. Her courses are informative and with her sense of humour added into the mix while she presents, it is no wonder that entrepreneurs, marketing managers and executives have all attended Irma’s training sessions.
Irma believes that “if you are not having fun while you are doing it, then you are doing it wrong”, and this coupled with her years of experience across multiple industries and roles makes her a well-rounded and sought-after trainer and facilitator.
